Terms of use

1. Who provides the software
FoliFast and ZipiName are programs by AHF (Andrés Henao Fernández, Costa Rica). Contact: [email protected].
2. What the software does
FoliFast assembles, numbers, signs and adjusts PDF documents on your computer. ZipiName copies, organizes and folds folders on your computer. Neither uploads your files to the internet, and neither has access to the public procurement platforms, court portals or services where you submit them.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software under your plan (free or paid). You may not resell or decompile the software or remove its notices.
4. Your responsibility: check before you submit
When each job finishes, the software checks the result and produces a PDF certificate listing what it included, what it did NOT include and the checks it ran. That certificate is an aid, not a guarantee. You agree to:
- review the result and the certificate before submitting, delivering or deleting any original;
- confirm that the upload to the platform finished and matches the certificate (number of files, size and SHA-256 fingerprint);
- know and meet the requirements of each process (tender documents, rules), which the software does not know;
- keep the originals and their backups.
5. No warranty
The software is provided “as is”. We test extensively to avoid errors, but we do not guarantee that the software is free of faults or fit for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law: (a) AHF is not liable for missing, incomplete, incorrectly uploaded, rejected or late documents or files, nor for the loss of a tender, contract, process or business, nor for lost profits, indirect damages, moral damages or data loss; (b) AHF's total liability for any claim related to the software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$50 if you use the free plan. Nothing here limits consumer protection rights that cannot be waived by law.
7. Privacy
Your documents are processed on your computer: the software does not send their content to AHF. This site counts visits and clicks on “Download” without cookies and without storing your IP address or personal data. If license activation sends data in the future (for example, the license code or usage figures), we will say so beforehand and it will never include the names or content of your files.
8. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of San José, Costa Rica.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version, with its date, will be on this site.
By installing or using the software you accept these terms.
Trademarks
FoliFast™ and ZipiName™, their names and logos, are trademarks of AHFvial, with registration pending in Costa Rica. The software license grants no rights to them.
